Frequently asked questions

Short answers about booking, the checkup, the preliminary consultation and privacy.

Booking

Do I need to create an account to book?

No. You choose a time and enter your name and mobile number. Your request reaches the clinic, and the clinic contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the time.

Why does my request say "pending confirmation"?

The clinic reviews requests before confirming them, and the time stays reserved for you meanwhile. The clinic will let you know the outcome; the appointment is not confirmed until the clinic confirms it.

How do I cancel or change my appointment?

Contact the clinic on WhatsApp or by phone to cancel or change your appointment.

Preliminary consultation

What's the difference between the preliminary consultation and an in-clinic checkup?

In the preliminary consultation you describe your concern and send photos remotely; the doctor reviews them and guides you in writing. A checkup is an in-person examination at the clinic. The doctor may recommend an examination after reviewing your case.

Is the reply instant?

No. The doctor reviews requests herself during working hours in order of arrival. The service is not for emergencies.

Privacy

Who can see my photos and health information?

Only the doctor (and clinical team members she assigns when needed). Your photos are never public, aren't visible to reception or content staff, and are never sent by text message.
