Cancelling and changing

You can cancel or change your appointment from your account up to the notice period set by the clinic (shown when you book). After that, please contact the clinic directly.

Requests pending confirmation

When the clinic reviews requests before confirming, the time stays reserved for you temporarily. If the request isn't confirmed within the set window, it is cancelled automatically.
