Orthodontics
An assessment of tooth alignment and bite, and a discussion of suitable orthodontic options.

Orthodontic treatment aims to improve tooth alignment and bite, for functional or cosmetic reasons. There are different options, such as fixed braces or clear aligners, and not every option suits every case.
It starts with an assessment — an examination, and possibly X-rays and impressions — followed by a discussion of the expected plan. Some cases may need referral to an orthodontic specialist.
What to expect
- An initial assessment and a discussion of options.
- Commitment to daily care and regular appointments throughout treatment.
- A retainer may be needed afterwards to keep the result.
General information only. The right treatment for you is decided after an examination, and results vary from person to person.
